Are your products the same at my vet's office?

A

Yes, they are the same exact products, but at lower prices. We only carry products that are intended for the USA.

Q

My pet's medication is running low. How fast will I receive it?

A

We recommend selecting the overnight shipping option for a guaranteed delivery date.

There are many variables that may alter the delivery time of a shipment and that is why we recommend the guaranteed overnight method.

How quickly will my order ship from your facility?

A

Orders with only over-the-counter (OTC) products generally ship within 24 - 48 business hours after we receive the order.

Rx orders generally ship 24 - 72 business hours after we receive the authorization for the Rx item(s).

Orders with both Rx and OTC items will begin processing for shipping once the Rx item has been authorized.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as you can about cancellations.

A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to orders that have already been filled by our pharmacy staff and prepared for shipment. All cancellations must be made via telephone during our business hours.

How should I store medications?

A

Medications should be stored at room temperature unless otherwise noted.

How long are the expiration dates?

A

Expiration dates vary with each manufacturer. Our practice is not to sell short dated products. Our rolling inventory method will allow you to receive products with extended expiration dates.

Can I fax/email over my prescription?

A

No. We are only allowed to accept faxes of prescriptions sent over from your vet's office.

We also cannot take emails of scripts.

Why do you need a Rx for heartworm prevention medications?

A

All heartworm prevention medications require a prescription before we can ship it out. Generally, your vet may require a test once a year before the prescription is renewed. Please check with your vet regarding their policy.

I need a medication for my pet and I do not see it on your website. What do I do?

A

Special order medications can be received within 24 - 72 hours. Once received it will be processed and shipped. Please call us and we will try to arrange a special order.

If I have a coupon, how many times can I use it?

A

The same coupon code will only apply once per customer.

My medication has expired/is not needed anymore. How do I get rid of it?

A

Do you price match?

We do our best to offer the greatest value to our customers. That said there is some space for price matching.
