How it works:

Posatex Otic Suspension contains anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties to treat otitis externa, which is inflammation in the ear canal due to yeast and bacteria. Dogs with floppy ears tend to more susceptible to otitis externa since there is a limited amount of air-flow to the ear which creates a moist dark environment where bacteria and yeast thrive. Posatex Otic Suspension works by combining a broad spectrum antibiotic called Orbifloxacin, a potent anti-inflammatory agent called Mometasone Furoate Monohydrate and Novel triazole, a antifungal new to animal health.
